Good Afternoon,
My father in law and mother law came to Canada on a 10yr Multiple Entry Visa.
When they arrived - they were given 6 months stay - which is about to expire in July.
The flight back to their home country (Sri Lanka) has been cancelled due to COVID19 (we received a notification from the travel agency confirming so)- and flights back home wont be resuming until August 2020 - based on latest information.
Do I apply for a Vistor Record and pay the 100$ fee or is their any exemption in place? (We have also submitted a PR Application for them but its still in progress).

Thanks for the help
