I believe it is an automated process tracking bar which shows progress according to your file's movement towards the estimated date of completion ( which should 18 months away from your application received date).

Atleast ircc should declare any date when their staff will go back to offices and work. As working from home is not benefit for paper based applicants. Very irresponsible behaviour from IRCC

What is your time line bud? Don't say word "irresponsible". We are the ones who asking favor to enter to their country so what we all have to do is to wait. If you think you can't bear too much waiting, then the decision towards your application is in your hands.

True. We are so lucky that they gave us a chance to apply for permanent residence. Let us all be thankful for that. And let me remind us all again that this is paper based PNP, meaning we dont have enough points for express entry but they still give us another option to become permanent residents. So, let us all be patient and not even think about blaming them for the delays.

Same here security not started yet'last update PAL in nov and dec !!
