My name is chris and i am from rwanda. In this last week i applied for a visa just to go and study then in few days later after submission i got a message saying my application was refused due to familly ties in canada and home country then they said they are not convinced that i will return back to my country after ending my studies. They said i can re apply if i am ready to respond those question. So, they need proof which is why i need your help.
