Hi Everyone, Let’s connect on this thread if your PNP paper based file is processing in Centralized Intake office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. As you know this office was closed in mid March due to pandenmic. According to the Nova Scotia government website, they are opening non-essential businesses in the first phase which will start from June 5 and hopefully IRCC also open thier Sydney office. Paper-Based PR Application nominated by Ontario PNP - Masters Graduate Stream.
Since then there is no Update into GCKEY as well as Status in ECAS is "In Process". I think so they are processing my BG Check as in GCKey it says: " We are Processing you background check...." I have never call IRCC or contacted them through Web form.

- Medical Request :- Not Yet (its been almost 11 months)
- GCKEY :- 63% process bar completed

Thier Sydney Office is closed since mid march. Nova Scotia is opening some non essential businesses today and hopefully they reopen IRCC office as well. We will find out this in next week when they start sending AOR for paper based applicants.

I don't see any government offices planning reopening soon..
Yeah, most inland applicants those applied between Mar 2019 and June 2019 received MR in September 2019 but those applied after that still waiting for MR. are you planning to go for upfront medical ?
Well, that is our assumption on how they work. May be they are prioritizing EE applicants due to 6 months timeframe. They are clearing the pending workload for EE (just to maintain 6 months timeline) before moving to Paper based files.
Yup, Hopefully coming weeks would bring some good news for paper based applicants too.
