Appreciate the advice. So you would suggest ignoring the NOI?

Why does it seem like there’s a catch to this stream
Collect all documents and wait toward the end of the 45 day deadline. If you don't receive ITA by then, submit the application, it will take 2-3 months to get nominated and if you receive ITA during this time, you can ignore OINP nomination or you can decline the ITA and wait for the nomination, upto you.

So this guy waits months to get an ITA. Gives up all hope, gets an NOI from ontario and the first advice he gets is to ignore it lol. Some special entities here
If PNP programs are giving nominations to CEC with 450 scores when EE cutoff is 440, why would a candidate act on the NOI? It's the PNP programs who are wasting spots. They should be giving it to folks who would never cross the cutoff.

Guys, need your input. My wife has already created an EE profile with herself as primary and myself as secondary applicant. Can i create another profile keeping myself as primary applicant and her as secondary?

Reason is that even though because of my age, the points are not enough, but my NOC comes in in demand codes.
Yes you can

Hmm.. Do you think it will happen again considering the fact that it happened recently in may? Besides, we don't have any numbers to know if they might make the tech draw again this quarter or year do we..

But how do you know that general draws won't resume?

Then were will you be with just 450 points when cut-off scores might be in the mid 470s?

What is CAD 1.5K for a guarantee of immigration to Canada?

Hey guyssss... I can’t believe it, I’ve received an NOI.

Could someone please advise what is to be done now?

The letter says to contact Ontario directly. Sorry but my logical processing is so clouded right now as I’m over the moon.

Also guys, a lesson in perseverance.... I gave up all hope by missing the last FSW draw just by a few days in tie break + the uncertainties with the current situation. So keep hope guys, everyone will have their dreams fulfilled one way or another.
