I haven't posted here in a while, but there are no news on my mother's case. I have stopped checking ECAS because it's just disappointing that the application was sent to Mexico in August 2019 and it is still under "application received". I don't understand why they don't even open the app ?
The CSQ has been sent in November and not even an email from them, I only got a response (like 3 weeks after) when I sent the CSQ to make sure they don't come later and tell me that MIDI never sent it or they didn't receive it.
Mexico was a VERY slow office before COVID, can you imagine now ?

Not sure if Delhi LVO is open and still processing the application i did notice in the tracking sheet someone showing PPR date as May 25 2020 (LVO Delhi) row 62).

Hi just a question, did you receive the PCC request or you applied yourself proactively ? and is your mother in Canada currently ? I might have same situation.

We had applied for PCC back in March, prior to the lockdown, then couldnt pick it up because of the lockdown. now that passport office reopened after lockdown, they emailed the PCC. we did receive the PCC request back in Feb.
No my mother is not in Canada.

So you send them COPR with photo for PR card as you received email for landing right
