No although if you aren’t compliant with your RO yes it could be an issue.Just out of curiosity... if i were unable to get my SIN (during my soft landing). Would it cause issues when i come back for the hard landing?
You have to land in Montreal if you fly into Montreal. Would leave time between flights to make sure you don’t miss your flight.Hi , Did anybody land at Montreal and went to Toronto or some place to activate PR ?
Hi, have you received a response from Qatar? Do they have any objection on boarding the flight? Thanks for the reply. The Air Canada flight be on a separate booking. I don't plan to step outside the airport but will have to collect my luggage. I have sent my travel plan and details to Qatar Airways explaining the travel exemption so that hopefully I can reduce the hassle and confusion at the airport.
Sorry but could you please elaborate? What is RO?No although if you aren’t compliant with your RO yes it could be an issue.

What does it mean by nov all ???????? Arent they gonna resume international flights soon like june julyInternational travel news updates (29 May 2020)
1. British Airways also plans to resume activity in July at the earliest.
2. Indian Avaiation Minister: “By Diwali (in November), we will have all our 650 aircraft operated by Indian carriers (flying),”
I will try to give a daily update to add value to this thread and help all of us make an educated guess if we can fly out or require an extension in June-July.
Hi could anyone advice please.Hi members
I'm in similar position as most of us here. My COPR expires by 25th June. Early I had plans to do softlanding and my travel date was 22nd May. But the flights got cancelled. I live in UAE and with given situation of mandatory quarantine 14 Days in Canada and again 14 days here back to UAE its gonna be hard for softlanding. So I decided to travel by early November hoping things will get better.
However, My consultant advices me to travel before the expiry of my COPR. In addition to Quarantine and I need to travel with a toddler M, hence I'm Unwilling to Travel now.
Will there be any resistance if in case I don't land before June, given some flights have resumed its operations
Kindly advice me (To inform my consultant) as what's the best way to handle.

Pls go thru programme delivery section for covud 19 in cic website. They had clearely mentioned earlier that medicals would be reassessed for 6 months.Nobody has got 3 month ext till now.And that wud means all march and april and may ppl will have to go thru medicals again and that is just not fair.We all hope to get 6 month ext.3 months seem to be standard. 6 months is a long time. If you are especially talking about parent immigration there can be major health changes in 6 months. At a certain point medicals will be required again to make sure Canada is not importing communicable diseases and that PRs are not landing with high medical needs. It will take years for theCanadian medical system to bounce back from covid.
