Did you phoned them or asked why is taking so long for you, what happened ??

I did but they said background check in process. That’s it. Nothing else.

Same to me, I phoned them today in the morning and I said to him why is taking so long: he said-
Every case is different,
but I said to him 14 months waiting it’s to much stress.
It can take up to 16 months, and I have asked him where is my application ; he said still in Mississauga.

congrats, hopefully they will “contact you shortly” cause same happened with me, my husband sponsor received an email in october saying your spouse will receive an email shortly but I still didn’t receive .

my friend got SA yesterday, and AIP today.
i hope next week can have some good news also . haha
