I have 466 points currently, soon to be 470 when WES finishes evaluating my wife’s diploma. If I was single, my points would shoot up to 483 (I have a brother in Canada). FSW, 2 degrees, 3 years of experience, 27. The usual (I guess) wish me luck boys, I’m in for a rough ride.

Yeah, I was hoping that May would be the month where general draws begin again, but now the pattern has continued. So, it's on to hoping June will be that month. Very frustrating.
Looks like July will be the month, as most of the countries are opening up, and would take some time to be fully operational.

Wish all of us luck, including CEC candidates who are waiting for the ITAs.

I am longing for all-category draws to be resumed. The uncertainty is getting me insane.
I am sitting at 481, as my buddy @ZAtoCD: Master degree-holder, having maxed out IELTS points, soon to be with 8-year experience. One thing that bothers me though: I will be turning 30 this August, which will take a way 5 points from my profile.

@cali_ljz @ZAtoCD How did you guys get 480 scores? Did you max out your IELTS?
CRS is cruel to older people but it's not that difficult if you are young and are good in English. I would have been 481 too if I were 2 years younger except I am 31 now. But I'm not too worried because my French is good (B2 Alliance Française) and can easily increase my score.

Even if they take 5points away, you'll still be fine whenever FSW draws resume. I would be using this moment to gather all necessary documents (at least the one I can get) if I were you.

Congratulations in advance.

My CRS was 498. FSW, Masters degree, 2 years foreign experience, IELTS band 8, TEF (french) C1 for everything except writting (B2), 26 years old.

Note that before TEF my score was 453, so french boosted my score from 453 to 498, a 45-point increase.
Wow! Applause!

WES should stop processing the documents until FSW draws are resumed. There is no FSW draws and outland applicants are still able to apply for ECA report and get into the pool. This is ridiculous.

Isn't that a good sign that FSW-inclusive draws will happen eventually?

I think we might get some news based on the update they did on the website today. For every time there is an update, it's usually followed by some news (hopefully, it's a surprise FSW draw).
