I was checking ECAS/GCKEY as usual today and saw that GCKEY said "Application/Profile Updated". However I checked and nothing was new. Is this ghost update that is right before DM on both sides?

Yes i know,... is sad. But compare to immigration applications, the permanent resident card is indeed not a daily necessity. It is only needed when you enter or leave the country, and now Canada restricts entry and exit at special times. So even if the immigration office is working, the card-making department does not seem to work so fast. When you have your immigration paper, you can do all the work you need without waiting for the card to be sent to your home. You can use the immigration paper to apply for a social insurance number, or you can apply for a medical card.

Also have some good news i saw somebody DM in April and already got PR card.
But more people like DM in March and April still waiting PR card.
Anyway wish you get you card sooooooooooooooooooon. !!!
