But I should warn you that you have a moral obligation to at least try and make it in the province that nominated you. Using PNP as a backdoor entry into Canada is discouraged. This is especially a problem in smaller provinces (PEI, for instance).
If they find out that you never intended to remain in the province of nomination, they will invoke the misrepresentation clause and void your nomination which will effectively void your PR. This rarely happens but this is a real possibility.
