Yes Canada has an extremely small fashion industry. Plenty of information online. Most people who studied fashion design move out of Canada or work in other jobs. Would suggest doing more research.

I didn’t say fashion designers couldn’t get their PPR I said that there is a very small fashion industry in Canada. If you want to work as a fashion designer moving to Canada is not the ideal country to immigrate to. Most who studied fashion in Canada are not working as designers in Canada. They do other jobs or have moved abroad.
