Lol, never trust their words. Even with back-to-back draws, the score dropped to 469. If you are a CEC candidate, have you maxed out on your IELTS/CELPIP?

Don't worry too much about it. If I were you, I would keep trying for other immigration programs based on your NOC. It would be nice to get a NOI from a province though Don't lose hope yet. You can come back from this.
