This may sound repeatation, but I am not tech savvy, lost my earlier thread, now posting again. Hello everyone ! Hope you all are doing good in this unsafe time with virus around. Need your help and expert advice for my EE profile for PR. I got PNP , then ITA, submitted documents and then got everything rejected and cancelled u/s 10. Now, started the process again from scratch and got PNP again and again need to submit documents for EE PR.
Earlier: my daughter's birth certificate was in Punjabi (vernacular language ) and English. So it was in both languages. And there was a stamp over it 'Translated version' which according to me contributed in our bad luck. Ircc rejected the file because of that birth certificate. Now, it is very unclear and I want to know
** if they don't accept documents except only in English or French.
Or
**the file got rejected because they thought it to be translated by third party and there was no affidavit of the translator.
Urgently need to get your experiences, what should I do while submitting documents again because I can't get chance of being rejected again. Is there anyone who has birth certificate in two languages where one is English/french. What did you do. Please please share, thank you. Just for information, I am already working in Canada.
