you'll hear something soon, hang in there. It's frustrating, but it will come. I didn't get any emails about DM changed on ECAS and there no written update when i click on DM. i was checking Ecas almost everyday and until yesterday it was in process, i would be disappointed. But when i saw the DM update, i knew the end was near. There is light at the end of this 12 month tunnel.

did u receive an email for the request? my Ecas shows Decision Made, but nothing has been updated. and GCKeys still shows in process.
