Hi everyone one!
got my oinp nomination in October 2018.
Cic received my paper based pr application in September 2018. Now my progress bar shows 99%. Can anyone tell me how accurate is that bar? Did it ever happen to anyone that the bar reached 100% but the application is still processing? What I am trying to get to is that if the bar has any real purpose at all other than showing number of days it took since they received my application? How real time is it?
June 3 2019 medical tests got reviewed
Right now final decision pending

I think If you check your ecase not gckey then you will find the decision has been made
