Yeah I guess so, as status column shows "completed" at the moment, I'll call them today to confirm the status and till where it has been reached. Last time when I called them they told me that the application has been processed and gone for credit evaluation now,

You can reach to them over this number 306-966-5788, dial +1 before writing the number over the log as that's the international code for Canada.
Yeah I do call them as that is much better to clarify the doubts and they check your application on the same moment over phone with admission officer and advice you.
I'll do it in between 8:30 to 9PM Dubai time as admissions have timings starting from 10 to 12.
8:30 is equal to around 10AM of there time.

I recently got accepted into University of Saskatchewan. I received the acceptance letter on January 18 for Masters of Public Administration. I was told I would here from them in regards to funding. I am wondering when that will be and if I should wait for funding before I do anything else. And what are the next steps that I need to take. My intake is Fall 2020. Am super nervous

There are two ways to login and check your application.
1. Via PAWS
2. USask common application portal
Did you checked over IRCC how much time does it take to issue the visa ? For NON SDS countries it may take upto 2 months.
Let them give you a call about funding, they might be providing information about loan or bursaries meanwhile see your requirements for visa on IRCC and gather them up so that you can apply for it instantly.
