Still working on my OINP application. I am worried about the 10 year reference letters and salary stub asks, as I still don't have them all.

- How strict is Ontario in including every post (even internships) and the salary stubs? My 45 deadline from NOI is fast approaching, trying to fill up as much of the history as possible.
- Also, in my current company, I switched from engineer to manager. Is it better to include them as separate sections as the NOC code are different? Will a single supporting reference letter still suffice?

2 quick queries:
A) I received an email from ONIP, stating that my application is incomplete and I needed to send my Canada Equivalence Educational Evaluation.
I have done my WES Evaluation and also sent a duplicate copy of my WES report to ONIP via WES portal directly.
B) My ONIP application status is still showing as submitted since 22nd Feb 2020, when i submitted the application.
Please suggest and guide what steps do i need to follow as I have only 13 days to complete this.

You should upload your soft copy of ECA report in Education section and also authorise WES to share electronic copy with OINP. These both things are sufficient
Friends, need your suggestion on an urgent query.... When you completed the application how did you upload photographs? Did you upload self clicked photo or got clicked by a professional photographer?
In other words, can I upload self clicked photograph if I click as per the specifications? Would it be a problem or should I only get it clicked by a professional photographer? If you uploaded self clicked photo, how did you crop it to dimensions of 50x70mm?

You can edit your self clicked picture in PhotoShop or Illustrator as per the dimension required / OR / If you get it by a photographer , they will align your face to shoulder in proportion along with face height and width. dimensions.
