I have similar CRS to your husband (until next birthday at least!) and no prospect of significant increase until have one year of Canadian work experience (unless I revive my high school French skills!). I cannot see the CRS threshold getting to near 460 based on recent trends, unless they significantly increase the number of ITAs ... if this does happen then it could still take 6+ months for CRS to get to that level. But this is all guesswork and my assumptions could be wrong.

So your only real option now is PNP. I can comment for Alberta but suggest you check your NOCs yourself vs my recent post above that gives all the links. I cannot help with other PNPs but hopefully someone can.
Got my nomination today!

Can anyone tell that whether NOC 6221 is in demand in any provinces
It’s on medium demand list for Alberta (same as 6322, which is the NOC that just got PN). It is not on the ineligible list and it is not on the high volume of applications list. As per my post in this forum on March 5th.

So you have chance to get in through AINP. But you’ve not answered about your connections to Alberta or elsewhere in Canada (study, work experience, job offer, first-degree relatives with citizenship or PR).

This forum is about AINP so not sure about other PNPs.

can you please share the screenshot of the mail you received if its convenient to you
There's nothing to see. It's just a formal email saying "Dear xxx, Attached is the final decision for your expression of interest. Use the password provided in the previous email to access the attached document."

More important is to see it in your EE profile (I got it first to my profile and 3 hours later to my inbox).
