Domestic/International student status after ITA or CORP

Dear all,
After getting admit or after paying fees to canadian college/University,if I gets a Confirmation of Permanent Residency.Then in that case can I ask for domestic tuition fees to college or still I will be consider as international student?

Getting a COPR doesn't meant anything for status. You have to actually land as a PR.

That decision is entirely up to the school. Ask them.

International students often have lower admission standards so you may want to talk to the school about the possibility of becoming a domestic student. There are often a certain number of spots for international students and domestic students.
