My friend got approval(reapplied) in 10days
He applied on Feb 18th got approval on Feb 28

Hi, I applied through sds on the 22nd of Feb. Did my biometrics on the 25th. It says that the biometrics has been updated on the application status screen but I haven't received an "Acknowledgement letter" of any sort. There haven't been any updates on my application ever since.

Also I submitted my medical documents upfront but still no confirmation on passing that either. Anyone else going through this?

Passport submitted via VFS on 7th of February. Passport under process at IRCC from 11th of February. Till now no response. Is it normal? However, one of my friend with whom i submitted my passport already got his passport back within a week.
P.S.: In Gckey it shows the application was approved.We need your passport to finalize your application.

A few other suggested to write an email to them. I did fill out online form twice but never received any reply or acknowledgement.
