Don’t worry I got pre arrival after decision made...week after I got Decision made and 3days after I got passport request

Yes they never ask for dependent's passport. They just indicated with file number. and your file number includes all applicant.

Yes i got DM without prearrival... today a frnd of mine who was april applicant, got DM PA and PPR all three together... so don’t wrry... i’m sure ull get it soon....
