Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hi

I need your advice. I applied for my parents PR. My both sponsorship and PA applications are“IN PROCESS” since January 25. In the beginning of January I was falsely accused by someone and have some alleged charges against me. I have been to the court and with the help of my lawyer, crown agreed to withdraw all the charges on the condition of doing some course but that will take 2 months So I have alleged charges against me for 2 months.

Just wondering do police send any report to CIC about charges or they only send when the person is Convicted. P.S I am alleged to commit but not convicted. Is this the reason my file is still in process? I called CIC and they said they are still working on sponsorship and there is no note on the file which she can tell me.

Do anyone have any idea about this or know anyone who has been through this?

i am sending it via both web form and email of NDVO as my parents file is being processed at New Delhi.

I will resubmit the form for both and provide explanation letter with it.

Hi when you submitted that form IMM 5669 did you get reply back from NDVO

Hello, I got an update today saying that I have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor and my parents application for Permanent Residence will be forwarded to my country of origin for further processing. My parents are on a super visa and they are staying with me in Canada. Any idea if they will have to leave Canada for the 1) Biometric 2) Medical Exam and 3) PPR? or can they do it from Canada? not sure who else on here in the same boat where his/her parents are on a Super Visa and already in Canada.

Hi when you submitted that form IMM 5669 did you get reply back from NDVO

In my parents application I did marked yes under section 4 but didn’t provide explanation in the box for US visa refusal , although I did mention canada visa refusal . Should I resubmit this form . My parents already had medical , PCC done

what is your In process ? you can get your In process date from Ecas.

So sorry! In all my reading here, did NOT realize I could check ECAS and that was different from the regular IRCC login. I finally found the link to login to see ECAS and got the in process date.

Only conviction, to my understanding

That’s what I think too coz police officer told me if I get convicted then cic will be informed. I am just worried why sponsorship application is taking too long to get approved. I hope it has nothing to do with my case.

Also CIC agent told me all files are different and require different amount of time for processing so I don’t need to worry coz my file is open and in process with no notes on it.

Just hoping for the best.

Same boat here. Hoping all can be done from within Canada. My mother got her biometrics request but after I paid the fee, they sent her a Biometrics Information Form with no IRCC number so Service Canada here could do nothing. I submitted a webform and am waiting.

It is really possible that they waiting for the 2019 tax return for sponsorship approval?

Nope. 3 yrs before application dated and 2019 tax will be required for following years if they ask to reassess.

Hi guys...I saw a flowchart in the docs which say that PA application will only be "In Process" after Sponsor have a DM...whereas in my ecas both SA and PA application are "In Process" and SA doesn't hava a decision made. What does that means? Anyone have any idea?

Hello everyone my file was received June 17. In october they ask for representative form which was submitted nothing after that. Ircc say application marked complete since Dec 1 . No aor nothing. My father passed away Jan 19 . Updated forms has been sent to IRcc and they received. When can I expect something. Will be almost a year in june 2020

I am sorry for your loss. Did you send in death certificate?
