There's no such thing as an LMIA tracking web site. There never has been. Are you sure you're not being scammed?

May be yes , cause i have checked each and point of all process , including job offer letter and all..

I got the file number also but it takes too long time, what could be the reason for delay?

Does it because of recent notice regarding delays on ESDC website?

If you have been provided with a Web site address to "track your LMIA", it's probably one of the fake ones that the scammers use to fool their victims.

No i didnt get any website from them to track.. i am just asking for my reference only..they told them follow the waiting and be patient ... as ESDC are running from delays..

This would be a code of conduct violation that would put someone in jeopardy of losing their job. No one is going to do this.

All you can do is wait. There's nothing you can do other than that. How long ago was the LMIA submitted?

That was submitted on 14th April 2019, and my employer got letter of subimission having file number on it.

In that case there should be a decision in the next month or two. Again, nothing you can do but wait.

any particular reason to be it determine to b fake? if so pls inform, because Job providing agency approached me on 2019 sept told Sales Executive Job at Burlington Mall, at Ontorio, and they send Job offer letter after payment of 5000 INR, Followed by signed an aggrement with that agency, They told by october they sent my file to ESDC, after ESDC approval by last week they informed me about MY LMIA approved, need to fill check list and require documents like ITR, Police Clearence Certificate,they asked me to make ready, now informed to get the Appointment at VFS centre for my Biometrics. Totally they told 300,000 INR initial amount 30,000 IN paid to them balance will be paid by getting deduct salary from there. Pls clarify me
