Advise for ny case asap

Hi everyone, I am from Pakistan and I really need some serious advices regarding my case...I am stuck with so many consultants'opinion that I am in a mess..I have done graduation 4 years programme in media science but I have been teaching digital learning in a school from last 3 years. My crs score is somehow 385 therefore I was depending on pnp.( Alberta or Ontario)
Now some consultants are saying straight no that my case is not strong whereas some are suggesting to get into the pool and some are suggesting to get master degree first and then apply but it will be too late coz right now I am 29...
Please any suggestions or advice what to do?
Should I apply or not ?? What are my chances??
Moreover I need someone to confirm this statement that in canada, it is not compulsory to have work experience related to your studies??

They are right, you need to get masters first. Your score is too low even for pnp.

Something does not add up here, how are you under 400 points?

What are you language test results?

My ielts score L 7 R 7.5 W 7 S 7
One of the consultant is saying to get 8777 but still I wont be able to get 430 crs score to qualify

They are right, you need to get masters first. Your score is too low even for pnp.

.I can but then I will lose my age points..after two years CRS score will rise too.. overall I will be on same page.

You don't have CLB 9, which is why you're losing a lot of points.

You should try to get at least L 8 R 7 W 7 S 7

Of course, if you can do better you'll get even more points. But at this point, you need at least CLB 9 to have any chance of immigrating to Canada. It's become very competitive.

You just have to improve your listening score.
