RPRF: December 10, 2019
RPRF Paid: Jan 5, 2019
Pre arrival email: December 11, 2019
Start using pre arrival email: Jan 16, 2020

I haven't received any MEDICAL REQUEST yet, but I've received RPRF request and a couple of pre-arrival services email
Is this a normal thing?

When was your 2nd Last PAL?

Yes seems like IRCC is damn slow now a days, even Delhi visa office also becoming slow in processing.

My AOR date is 16/01/2020 (MPNP, Outland)
Today I received email from CIC regarding pre arrival service letter.
My PNP process bar shows just 23% , waiting for medical request,
Is it normal speed of process or something else? Kindly share your valuable experience regarding this.
