Well with this offer it is obvious given no employer pays for return flight tickets or gives 45 days vacation or provides free food or accommodation. These are all things scammers include for to be honest naive people outside of Canada desperate to immigrate who seem to think these are normal things offered. As far as vacation is concerned many people would be lucky to even get half that number of days.
