Any Suggestion? Rejected Twice!

I have applied for May 2020 intake but got my 2nd rejection
In 1st rejection they said I don't have enough fund to support my study in Canada
In my 2nd rejection they mentioned:
You have not provided satisfactory evidence of funds available for your proposed course of studies and living and transportation expenses while in Canada.
What shall I do?
Any suggestion is appriciated

My course is 4 year and annual fee of university is 17k CAD
I have taken Education loan of 45K CAD
and the source of income of my family is around 42K CAD per annum (member of 6 family including me)
I have attached the loan paper from the bank.
All the salary letter, pension letter and business letter.
Attached the balance statement of my father and grand father which has total balance of around 30k CAD.
Also attached the bank statement of Pension account of grandfather and personal account too (which shows the transaction of around 150k CAD in past 12 months)

We have no idea that we have to show funding for full 4 years.
Visa cinsultant said that we can show funding for just a year and thats okay.
I think i have to increase funding and reaplly again.

Shall i have to show the bank balance of 125k or Income source and other things counts too?

Yes you are correct, usually it is 1 year fees + living costs but your current application is 42K loan and 30K balance... it's not really ideal. I am not a financial analyst but even with this I can tell that it would be risky. I would say increase your balance as much as possible and include other things like House value, business value, things like that. You want to make your application as strong as possible.

Yeah, unfortunately, the number needed to get the visa isn't scientific. All I can suggest is that if you have received two rejections based on funds then I would really try and increase that number as high as possible while minimizing the loan. Also, in the SOP, explain to the Visa officer why you know that you have enough funds to cover the tuition and if you do have a loan, how your family is going to back that back.

Actually at 1st i havent put the income frim my grandfather and my business of around 15k CAD
and got rejection stating that i dont have eniugh fubds fir my study. Then I added pension of my grandfather and business.Now they rejected saying they are not satisfied with the evidence of funds.
Does they mean adding more bank statement and balance statement or what? I am really confused. Does adding only this works with abit editing SOP or is there more than that?

I actually did not see that part. If they cite Evidence of Funds then that means that they do not believe the money you claimed in your application that you have is legitimate (or real). Basically you need to convince them that you actually have this money.

and according to the contract of loan. We dont have to pay loan for the interval of 5yrs. After 5 years only the installment of loan starts. Till then we just havr to pay 1% intrest per mnth.
So i dont think it would be a prblm
If I am.wrong please correct me. I am really frustated after 2 rejections.

convince means by showing bank statement works??
