Visit visa for parents

Hi,

My parents(holding Indian passport) visitor visa(multiple entries, 10 years) for Canada has been approved. I want to apply US visit visa for them as well so that we can plan a trip when they come over here. My question is

1) Can they have two visitor visa stamping on a passport? Both Canada and US Multiple entries 10-year visa
2)Should I apply from India?
3)Can I apply from Canada when they come here?
4)Will there not be any port of entry problem if they have 2 visitor visa stamping on the passport.

I am a Canadian PR holder.

A person can have multiple visit visa on a single passport without a problem.
I believe you could apply from Canada (not 100%) sure
Ideally apply from India after they visit canada and go back india, so there is high chances to get US visa approved

They can apply from inside Canada once they are admitted by CBSA. But, check the requirement from US consulate in Canada and make sure they can satisfy US non-immigrant visa. Having multiple visas from different countries is not illegal.

That what I said but higher chances to get US visa approval from india after Canadian visit, as It been observed that many ppl try to get entry to US while applying from Canada an they think its easier to get it, but the fact is getting US visit visa for a applicant with already on visit visa status is bit difficult.
