Hello Everyone

My file is in Final review stage since 30 Jan-2020. Any idea how long will it take for me to view the certificate

Hi @rajapanesar .. I had sent my degree of PGDCA post graduate diploma in computer application for evaluation to IQAS .. I got a mail today saying " we have found that LPU was not allowed to deliver this program through distance mode by UGC -DEB at the time of attendance . Your application has been cancelled ".. Can you please help with this .

Check this with the university, and revert to IQAS ASAP if there is any discrepancy. Hope your problem gets solved soon.

Hello to all. I just found this tread and kept reading about “fluctuation” period and how people were able to download their report during the fluctuation period. I cannot seem to find the “instruction” on how to do that. Can someone repost please as it looks like the instruction was buried within pages and pages of comments. Thanks a lot!

People in fluctuation stage you just need to right click on final review and copy link
In the link changeDocument/DownloadApplicationForm/ to Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=and paste in browser, make sure you are signed into your account before
eg. if link is https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationForm/e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03
change it to https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03
and paste it in your browser.

@rajapanesar my application is in "assessing" since 30th Jan, is this long time normal? and any idea why does it take time, do they cross-check with the concerned university?

I have mailed them today, my university said that according to UGC from 2016 onwards universities do not require UGC approval for diploma/certificate courses. That is why it is not in the list. I have mailed them findings today, but they have already initiated refund process yesterday, not sure if my mail can make any difference now. Can I apply for reassessment ? @rajapanesar

If you're reapplying, make sure you attach the printout of the reply from the university (LPU) concerning UGC status.

Yes, they may take additional time waiting for a response from the university during cross checking phase. Nothing to worry about.

Okay. What we call a graduate degree, they call it an undergraduate degree; because you're undergraduate while pursuing it. Post graduation degree is called a graduate degree.

You come to know their nomenclature while going through student permit files and reading about the program descriptions.

Confirmed delivery via Canada Post: December 11 2020
