Study visa refused after passed medical....... am i the first?

Study visa refused after passed medical based on the reasons stated below:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

No you are definitely not the first and won't be the last. The VO does not believe you will leave Canada because a) you don't have enough money to pay for your program and b) You have family in Canada or weak ties back home.

Medical doesn't mean approval. It is just a step in the process.

I mean how good is your English writing skills? Because you need to craft a good essay and if your english is bad then it's going to harm your application. Agent? They're usually trash but if you don't have anyone and can't do it yourself then maybe that's your only option.

Consider ordering GCMS notes and look for the explanation/notes by the officer and re-apply again addressing the concerns.

You are right, they usually confused people. many thanks. My english is not bad but my husband is super good. I will arrange all necessary document even my pesronal house paper and give it another shot.

they did not request medicals. You submitted upfront medical so yes it can be refused even if you submit upfront.
