It's only rumors or just a possibility at the moment

There is'nt any official statement about this.

But If you make some statistics with Arrima invitation exercices made in 2019, the next exercice could be in late january / beginning of february

Did you get invitation already? If yes, you can find your file number when you submit your application in Monpojet.
