Your ecas will show a line- we started processing your application on xxxx.. A day after or so you would have got DM.

What is your In process date as per Ecas?
call CIC . you suppose to get PCC request with Sponsorship Approval letter.

People whose parents completed bio-metric on the end of December, 2019, Does anyone got Bio-metric update(Singapore office) on their IRCC account?

what is your in process date as per Ecas?

check Nov. 15, 2019 letter : Passport pages, Travel history, PCC, CV requested with SA letter.

My Application was received on June 12 and I still don't have Bio request or any other emails from IRCC? I'm getting worried now as people from June 14 received application has started getting those. Of course congrats to everyone who did btw.

Can anyone tell me reason as when I checked CIC site it mentioned INPROCESS .

please check Ecas for SA and PR file status.
MyCIC will show in process until visa not issue.

You will get Bio as soon as DM made for your SA.
