Doesn’t look like it’s gonna happen this week. Are you guys sure that remedical means ppr soon. I’m less than confident.
Yes! That's how my process went. I know the wait has been quite daunting for both but of you it's near trust me.

Received remedical request and to submit an updated Schedule A form on Jan 31st, 2020.
I am thinking they are trying to clear the pending files now. Hope it goes all good from here.

I researched a little bit about this. Medical is assessed by Health Canada which is a completely different segment to the visa processing office. Therefore, once the medical is passed by Health section, the file needs to be picked up by the visa processing office. I suspect the delay comes from there. Sometimes, it is a matter of days but others weeks.

Hopefully, you will get PPR this coming week.

I sincerely hope this is correct. Two weeks since medical passed. It has to come sometime right?

Have you called to see if a decision has made? Mine was approved 1 week after medicals. I will say I only received landing interview because I involved my MP and sent emails requesting for urgent landing appointments to IRCC.PRA-RVPR.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and WST-LandingEnquiries@cic.gc.ca
I think following up with the mp is what helped her get remedical. So I assume he was able to take action, he wasn’t able to before so I assume she’s passed?

Definitely she has passed eligibility. I noticed that my eligibility, criminality and security were all passed same day my remedical was requested. Try and raise CSE and see what they say. I raised CSE on January 3rd. They responded on the 7th saying decision made. I found out when I called that my file was approved same day they responded.

If she had passed everything wouldn’t it have updated on the portal? Her medical updated only.
