I got my work permit week ago and i want to apply for my spouse. I am working at tim hortans from last two years and now i became supervisor there.Can i apply for my spouse right now or there at some rules to apply for spouse visa during work permit.

You got a work permit working at Timmy's?
Anyway, check the foreign worker section. This section is for PR/citizen sponsoring their spouse to become PR.
