Hi I am an international student from india.

I was deported from Montreal airport on the grounds that I do not have sufficient funds to support my study.

I am attaching the deportation order.

Please help me , that can i go back after collecting sufficient funds. They haven't stamped my visa or anything.

Should i go to the same college or change.

But the biggest question is can i go back on same visa.

Did you not show the fees receipt for the uni you are going to?

And you cant go bacj on the same visa its been cancelled you will have to apply again

Not necessarily. OP may have just been given the opportunity to withdraw the request to enter Canada. Study permit may still be very valid.

Definitely his visa was stamped after getting to the pie was sent back..

You weren't deported. You were refused entry. There is a very big difference. Your documents should still be valid.

looks like the real reason is on the 2nd page. The last line on pg. 1 is something about your parent.

You paid fees & had GIC so yeah not clear what is going on here unless you post the complete letter. Was the income report fake or something else? Did you admit something to immigration?

This same happened to my friend at Montreal airport. Actually the officers over there want to check their funds for second year college fees and living cost and they ask for funds proof. My friend has to wait for nearly 8 hours to get his study permit. Total 8 students has been deported for this reason.

Makes no sense ircc rules say only for 1 year tuition fees is required there must be a reason why were they specifically asked about their 2nd year fees
