What??? My husband (the sponsor) is living with me in Shanghai, and the mail takes forever to arrive in China from Canada. Can we call MIDI to confirm if the AOR is issued?

Hi all,
I have some questions on the Quebec forms.
1. I'm a Canadian citizen currently living outside Canada and I know the CSQ is going to be mailed to my address in Quebec. How can I get my CSQ even I am not in Quebec right now?
2. I have the email from CIC saying I am eligible to apply. How many days I have to prepare and submit the application kit?
3. What does the separation mean in the form? I sponsored a common-law partner 10 years ago and we already broke up. I am sponsoring my spouse now. Does the break up with my common-law partner count as separation?
4. In the form 0546 there are questions asking undertaking. In 5.4 and 5.5, the question asking if I have undertaking before/have undertaking before for a spouse? What should I fill for these two if I sponsored my common-law partner before?

dec, jan, feb... gosh not before of mid-march !!! This is really getting none sense.


They are yet at the end of August 2019.... still 2 months before they start that's what people don't get.. it's not you have your CSQ in 2 months ... no... as far as i understand it it's when they START to process it.. and THEN 10 -11 weeks!

so it's def not my fault is the process is slow i've responded to the request in like 3 days ... all was ready signed and all set in the envelop to finally get the transfer.

Quebec is super late... They are at end of August 2019...they haven't even started working on it for October cases so...

Mexico is started since November 19th just the day after the AOR Quebec.

And it's silence since..

IRCC won't do a thing... the time you are sent outside of country... you have to deal with the VO.

Why did it take this long to transfer your application to the VO? Does it have to do with the country?

Asked for the notes... nothing to worry , it's all green promoted. but i think it's cause Mexico was hyper backlogged and still is...
No one of the batch been sent before the 8th month

and i think it's also a limitation from Quebec as in Quota that was reached in 2019, so we were kept waiting and waiting passing in the batch of 2020....

We sure go over the year.... not a chance it's gonna be done by it.....
