Single Mom Visitor Visa

Hi,

I want to invite parents along with my sister. My sister is 30, a single mom who has a daughter 4 years old. My sister is divorced. Their divorce paperwork is not completed yet. She is doing a full time job.

I believe my parents will have no issues getting the visa. But I'm concerned about my sister since she is a single mom and the age.

Can anyone please advise if we should produce any specific information to convince that my sister has strong ties home and will go back?

If your sister has a stable good-paying full-time job, good savings, and good travel history (these are considered strong ties), her chances are good even if she is a single mom. If she doesn't have any of those, then it will be an issue.

It’s advised not to purchase airplane tickets prior to getting an actual TRV
