Got Banned For 5 years

Hello everyone.i hope your doing well.
So after a year i found out that i got banned for five years because my attorney put false documents in my application(without my knowing).
last night he sent me a pdf file that was sent to him by cic(i dont have my cic user and pass)
the pdf says
You have been found inadmissible to Canada.
so yeah the pain is so real for me.
i have some questions and advice.
1-if i want to reapply after five years can i post new documents(my real documents) and say that i didnt know my attorney posted false documents for me?
and my advice is if you want to do something right you have to do it yourself.dont trust anyone.
so yeah this is my story.
but as aragorn said in lord of the rings There Is Always Hope.

You can apply after the ban is up. No point in trying to tell IRCC that the lawyer did it, as they don't care.

Agree with the above, but I would go as far as to report the lawyer for including false documents. Include the report with the application. At least it shows you made an effort at due diligence.

Does this letter has a date? Has it released recently and did your lawyer receive it long ago and didn't inform you?

What is the false document? Did he upload any wrong document by mistake?
