It looks like you only uploaded the document but didn't transmit it successfully. After uploading, you need to continue to the next page to sign/type your name so that the file can be transmitted to IRCC.
Oh... you're right. I did what u said and hopefully they will consider especially since the rprf was paid and receipt uploaded within the deadline. thanks and wish me luck!

Hi everyone,

I got my GCMS note today. And I got two questions below:

1. About Visa Office

In mid-December, I was told that my application was in Nova Scotia Centralized Intake Office through web-form. Now In the 1st page of me GCMS file: it is showing:

Created Date: 2019/07/15 - This is probably the date I created my file
Submission Date: 2019/10/17
Updated Date: 2020/01/13
Primary Office: CPC-Ottawa
Secondary Office: Centralized Intake Office

And in the Application Activity part, it shows:

Field Name: Primary Office
Action: updated
Old Value: Centralized Intake Office
New Value: CPC-Ottawa
Office: Centralized Intake Office

And there are some document batch information generated on Jan 13rd, My understanding is they changed my primary office from Center Intake Office to CPC-Ottawa on Jan 13th So my application is in CPC-Ottawa now, am I right?

2. About Criminality

In the application status, it shows
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete.

But according to the NOTES, on Nov 21st, the officer wrote down:
***AGENT REVIEW***POLICE CERTIFICATES R10 OK; no A36 concerns evident with PCs on file. Criminality not pass due to biometrics pending.

I did my fingerprints on Nov 22nd. It seems like there is no other notes regarding criminality after Nov 21st, so my question is: Did I passed or not? I am very confused.

My AOR is Oct 18th. US resident. I ordered the note Dec 17th. So it took exact 30 days to get it.

I really appreciate if you could provide some insights, Thanks!
As far i see in this forum, once r10 and medical is done at cio, file is moved to cpc for further processing as part of work load distribution.
But here as eligibility assessment is updated to met, not sure if it is same as work load distribution or else some thing else ?
In some cases i read cio send to cpc for final review . But here security not yet started.

May be seniors can shed some light.

Got RPRF last week and paid on the same day. Review of Additional documents now reads ‘Non Applicable’. Woke up to a ghost update today. I am really hopeful

What is the progress in terms of medical and biometrics? I guess the progress can be known using a web form. What I understood from the group is that many sep 2019 Aor candidates started getting the PR mails while very few from oct aor have got it (at least from the group present here). Guess everyone is waiting only.
All the best !!

Thank you so much. My medical was passed on Nov 8 and biometric got updated within 2 days as well. Im less knowledgeable about the whole thing and not sure if I’m on ip1 or ip2 and what they should look like as per the new changes. Lets hope for the best
