I’m wondering why the tie-breaking was May 9 2019.
It means there are many with 471 CRS still in the pool who have had their profiles updated later. In such a scenario what are my chances with 470 ?

Yeah. Hoping for b2b draws as well though I’m pursuing French in the meantime. 2020 will be a tough year!!!!
