if you are from India, it might take longer because of the secondary verification involved.Might be around 1.5-2 months depending upon how fast is your university in replying.Otherwise can be done in 1-1.5 months.

471 is tricky. If the ITA count per draw increases from 3400 to 3600, then 471 can be selected on Jan22 or Feb5.

For 3400, I would say 471 have 50% chance on Jan22.
