DNA TEST request for children’s PR

Dear all,
An adnavace thanks to every one for any helpful comments or advice.
I have got the DNA resquest for my children on first week of November 2019. DNA result came out 99.99% and was submitted to the immigration 11 December 2019.
My children medical was done in April 2019. As per my knowledge the medical expires with in after one year . So it will expire in April 2020.
My question is if anybody has some idea or knowledge that how long immigration takes to process children PR once the DNA results are sent ?
Any help from from any one would be much appreciated !!

DNA requests are rare and mean that normal processing times don't apply, so you are not likely to get many or any answers.

Medicals can be requested again or extended, so the current medical expiring in April doesn't matter in terms of the processing time.

I appreciate your input, however my question is referred to people who been through the similar situation.

And as I said, it is a rare situation, so you aren't likely to get an answer from someone in the same situation. I don't recall seeing any dependent children sponsorship apps with DNA requests anytime recently.
