i think i will leave it with Passport as i am thinking it qualifies for National id.

You are already providing Passport details in a dedicated section.May be experts can comment on your situation. I am not sure 2 years exp. needs to be declared on current NOC. OINP Req. does not say that at all. I forgot what goes in OINP online application, Did you provide the supporting documents for all the work experiences declared on your profile. I would suggest to call OINP and then write a justification letter as i mentioned above.

I think I am under the same situation with you, My NOC was 0113 before I came to Canada, and now my Noc is 1225.
Oh ok. It was pending decision, then I got a "notice of intent to refuse application "

Depends on workload, your country of origin (personal opinion), when you first submitted your application etc. For me it took 1 month 1 week or so.

Agreed. In complicated cases, hiring a lawyer to reply on your behalf is highly recommended. You can also re-apply after you have cleared the requirements.
you change from ASS to DIP and then Pending decision?
I did not get a letter.
I talked with my agent and she told me that one case was passed before , the guy was a manager in previous position and changed to maketing manager.
so i think what you need to do is to provide proof that your duties in previous position are same with current position .
Hiring a lawyer would be a good choice.
