My cousin ordered notes on 1 Dec.. She received email that notes would be delayed and after 3 days she got PPR.. Her profile showed approved date of 25 Sept

Draw what conclusion you will but in my opinion, upon ordering GCMS, case officer goes through the file once before sending out notes

Is it okay to raise a query regarding the status of my application using web form if it is under normal processing time? It says on the web form that the queries made within normal processing times won't be entertained or reverted.

But then the date of approval would be sometime in December and not of September.
