Hello ! I hope someone can give me idea about the canadian experience class, it’s really confusing when i see that i meet all the requirements for this program but when filled up my profile online on express entry they sent me a message and said i’m not eligible for this program .

i work as a cook full time with a valid close work permit under mobility francophone, i have now 1 year of experience so that’s allow me to apply under this program, and i also have a foreign work experience for 3 years in the same position, my studies is a post secondary school, diploma 2 years at the university and i also got my TEF exam i had the level that they require : NCLC 5 for NOC: B and still not accepted I don’t know why ?? And i can’t even see how much points i got.

Another question please about the test language : i got the NCLC 5 in TEF for both reading and writing, then NCLC 6 in listening and NCLC 7 in speaking, those 4 exams will count as NCLC 5 or i will get different points for each one ?

thank you

Did you add your Canadian Work Experience under the work history section. Do not add it to the intended work section. Make sure that Canadian experience is there under work history section together with all other experiences

i did not because i filled up all the sections about my experience here in canada, i put 1 year with a valid work permit, so i had to do the same and add this experience in the work history section ?

You will not loose any points. This is the way it should be done. If am guessing correct, I think you won’t be able to edit the previously submitted profile??

I can’t change anything now, i think i have to creat a new profile.
What if i put yes for a valid job offer and then add also the experience in canada in the work history section ? Does it fine ?
if not, what i have to say in these questions :
- do you have a job offer in canada ?
- do you work currently in canada ?
those questions Come first before the valid job offer.
So if i said yes for working currently in canada it looks like i have a valid job offer, i’m a little bit confusing about that and i want to make sure that everything is done right when i create a new profile.
Thank you.

Correct, if your first profile was ineligible, you will have to create a new profile.

What if i put yes for a valid job offer ...

Merely having a job in Canada is not the same thing has having a valid job offer. (AKA arranged employment). Having a valid job offer under EE means you meet a specific set of criteria:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

You may be able to get a valid job offer, but you have to talk to your employer and see if they will provide you with a written offer of future employment, for at least one year, after you become a permanent resident.

if not, what i have to say in these questions :
- do you have a job offer in canada ? No (at least, not yet)
- do you work currently in canada ? Yes

If you are eligible but your profile was not accepted, it means you made a mistake in filling out the profile. Since you didn´t enter your Canadian work experience, you weren´t eligible for CEC, and you likely did not have the ECA (see below) so you weren´t eligible for FSW.

i work as a cook full time with a valid close work permit under mobility francophone, i have now 1 year of experience so that’s allow me to apply under this program, and i also have a foreign work experience for 3 years in the same position,

my studies is a post secondary school, diploma 2 years at the university
If you intend to apply under CEC, getting an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for foreign education is optional, but you will not receive any points for your education unless you get the ECA. For the FSW program, the ECA is mandatory, and the profile will be rejected without it.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education-assessed.html

Your overall NCLC is 5, but that´s OK for an NOC B level occupation.
