Can work experience (32 hours a week + noc b) be considered , while studying bachelors and MBA (outside canada), for express entry federal skilled category?

Thanks.

Yes, skilled work experience gained while studying outside of Canada counts, as long as it was at least one continuous year.

Thank you guys. It's just that theres a lot of info and some are really difficult to configure.

Also there was one thing that was of a concern. Just thinking if you guys can throw some views on this :
During 67 points calculation (federal skilled category), there is an adaplitity factor. Now I have education in canada with 2 programs of 1 year each (different colleges all together) .
The adaptability factor says that: you can get 5 points if you have 2 years study in canada (a program with 2 years long ). Do you think candidates who have two one-years can get those 5 points? I'm asking because some agents are saying that I can't because mine wasn't 2 years long at a stretch, but some say yes I could because my education was of "total 2 years".
