I received my test invite few minutes after i called the IRCC last friday...

congratulations, so this means that the test invites came today, dated 20th? has ecas reflected the test invite on the 20th or today?

Here is what ECAS says:

We sent you a notice on December 19, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on January 22, 2020 at 8:17 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

Passed the test on Dec17 and status moved to decision made on Dec18.

waiting for my ceremony invitation now. They thought it would take about 3 months but we’ll see!

3. We started processing your application on September 12, 2019.

Please provide Location, Application Type, Physical Presence Days and Date Application Sent.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on May 27, 2019.

3. We started processing your application on September 17, 2019.

Current status is "in progress"

Should ask for GCMS notes or call them and ask what stage are they on ?
Also should I add my info on your google spreadsheet ?

I’m nervous about my application....CIC received my application on May 24th. On Aug 7 they sent me an email with the link to study about Canada. On Sep 25th they started to process my application and I never heard from them again

This application is for my mom. We have the similar timeline as yours, and haven't heard anything from CIC either.
I saw some people submitted in July and have already got test invitations. It's worrying.
For all immigration petitions our family have done before, we're usually among the normal speed case.
This time is relatively slow. I hope it's just because it's year end.
