Study permit approved after 3 refusals

I studied diploma in Telecommunication engineering from Kenya but not comprehensively would it be acceptable to study diploma in embedded electronics technician course without a rejection?

Hello everyone,
As you can see in the title, I applied total 4 times for Canadian study permit from February 2019 to July 2019. They refused my study permit 3 times. Last 2 were refused with the same reason : purpose of visit.
My profile wasn't so strong. 12th: 46%
Bachelors : 50%
Current topup degree (Final year of another bachelor's degree) 63% (Didn't even receive my degree certificate of second degree when I applied, I received it after visa approval)
Ielts: 7.5 no less than 7
I ordered GCMS NOTES after my first refusal and tried to understand from the reasons given for refusal and tried to write a new statement of Purpose, but even after that, they rejected it twice.
With several rejections and studying my old statement of Purpose, I slowly started understanding what visa officer is actually looking for in your application. I wrote a statement of purpose of 5 pages (it's too much, isn't it) with every detailed information and within 2 weeks, I got visa approval. So I want to tell everyone who is thinking to give up after 1 or 2 rejections even after having a strong case, just don't. Don't give up. If your academic and ielts score are good, have sufficient funds, work on your statement of Purpose. Write what they want to read. Need some help? I will help you without charging anything unlike consultants since I would be more than happy if I can help you achieve your dreams.

Brother i am facing the same issue my profile is good but they refused me for purpose of visit 3times I’ve order caips notes(not yet received) After second time my agent told me to change the college i did that but still got refused with same reason can you help me?

Sir i did graduation (Bsc-IT)scoring 67% in 2018 with no backlogs and gave ielts exam this year in april and received 7overall with not less then 6
I applied for September intake in ISI COLLEGE for network management post graduate diploma course but embassy refused my application with a single reason

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as stipulated in section 216(1)of the IRPR, based on your purpose of visit

Then i reapplied for same intake by justifying the reason in my SOP but they still refused me with the same reason.
Then my agent told me to change the college so I applied in Cambrian college in cloud computing post graduate diploma course but they still refused me and this time the reason was

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as stipulated in section 216(1)of the IRPR, based on your purpose of visit

• given the applicant’s previous education and/or employment history, i am not satisfied that the motivation to pursuethis particular program at this point in time in canada is reasonable. Refused under R216(b)

Looks like you shouldn't have changed school now what you need to do is first understand that
VO reject alot of people going for PG diploma based on what i have seen here but that doesn't mean its impossible to get visa the purpose of visit refusal you got was because you probably didn't answer the following questions in your SOP
-why this course
-why this course in canada not in your own country
-how this enhances your abilities
-why would you return back and when you do how will the education obtained in canada help you back in your home country
Did you address this stuff in SOP
-why

And make sure to explain why you changed colleges and how this one will is more related and be more beneficial to you compared to the other one
I dont know why your agent tols you to change colleges your first two refusals weren't even because of your chosen college they only doubted you might stay or work in canada illegally becauae you failed to answer the questions i posted earlier in you SOP

Since you have ordered caip notes you will know exactly why do they think this college isn't for you only then you can address it best of luck

Actually I ordered it on 2nd refusal I don’t think m going to know anything about third one that’s why I’m here seeking help

My agent is telling me to change the college again.
And can i get your SOP that would be helpful for me
