AOR received by email on Dec 18.
For some reason I’m unable to access ECAS using either the UCI or the application number on the AOR. Does it take a couple of days to access ECAS after receiving AOR ? Has anyone recently received AOR and had immediate access to ECAS and were able to check their status ?

I believe it moves to local office when the status moves to "In Process"

Same here... App sent Sep 30, delivered Oct 4. Still waiting for my AOR. Hopefully ours will be sent on Monday, Dec 23.
